The programme aims to assist our lower-income union members to cope with the rising cost of living with a one-time cash relief. With the recent announcement from Ministry of Education (MOE) to allow private bus operator to increase their school bus fares, NTUC-U Care Fund will be supporting our members to defray the cost and ensure that their children's journey remains unobstructed.

How do I apply?
The application will open from 6 March, 1200hrs to 3 April 2024, 2200hrs. Union members who meet the eligibility criteria may submit their applications via OneCARE with NTUC Linkpass account.
If you have not registered with Linkpass, you will be directed to the registration page. Please ensure you have both email address and mobile number to register for an NTUC Linkpass account.
When and How will the cash relief be sent to members?
Upon successful application, you will receive an email notification on the application status. The cash relief will be credited into your registered bank account within 30 working days, subject to bank clearance.
